FLOOR PLAN FOR 1ST FLOOR RENOVATIONS

Here's the beginning stages, atleast we've started right!! DEMOLITION all old plaster walls are coming down, kitchen out, bathroom almost out, rooms now open to studs for design going forward! Lots and LOTS of dust as you can see - my housekeeping skills have still not improved!! A lot of hard work by our Nephew's Talon and Van this week, huffing and puffing trying to get the walls down, actually gave Jamie a sledge hammer today for the first time and let him go nuts:-) a this point he can't do much damage right:-) Above the pictures are labels as to what rooms they will be - not that you could tell by looking at them!!!  So far in this journey we have kicked out a bat, seen snakes, found a whole lot of nuts in the walls from squirrels and caught a few mice too - if only they were all paying rent we would be in good shape!! ............ more to follow.... next after a little more work here it'll be time to get a frame guy in and layout the plan:-)
